Fresh Salad With Yoghurt And Pistachios
Required product:
Lettuce
Fresh onion
Cucumber
1 orange / orange
Yogurt
Dried mint
Handful of pistachios
Method of preparation
Tear (do not cut, becomes more tasty and easier) Wash the lettuce leaves in a large bowl. Cut the cold fresh onions and cucumbers in circles.
Seasoned with the juice of one lemon or orange, and olive oil.
Stir yogurt, cut pistachios and mint in a separate cup and leave for ten minutes, to give the peppermint flavor.
Pour the salad with the prepared sauce and serve. If you like to make at a dinner, serve it with a few burnt pieces of bread with cheese piece on it.
Bon apeti with that light dinner, exclusively suitable for you spring diet.
