Refresh Your Skin With Fruit Cocktail

Well it is still winter but you should be prepared for the coming spring. After the cold months your skin looses its vitality it looks grey and tired. It is not only the cold that tires the skin there are other things that are guilty about the process – heaters and air conditioners, moisture etc.

All you need to regenerate and tone the skin is the power hidden in fruit and vegetables. Choose the appropriate to the needs of your skin and enjoy their effects.

Apple – this delicious fruit contains vitamins C, B1, B2 and B6, carotene, niacin, potassium, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. You can prepare a mask against wrinkles within 2 minutes, all you need is two mashed apples, add one egg yolk beaten within one teaspoon of castor oil. Allow mask to work at least 30 minutes.

Lemon – it contains fruit acids and has a strong peeling effect. Put a slice of lemon on your face and with gently moves remove dead cells and clean pores. Always complete the process by thoroughly washing your skin from the lemon juice. Close the procedure applying nourishing cream.

Peach – it nourishes and softens skin. Smash a few pieces of the fruit and put it on your face and neck. After ten minutes rinse with cool water.

Strawberries - they are characterized with a high content of vitamins C, D and calcium. Apply mashed strawberries on your face to supply the skin with vitamins and minerals and to strengthen blood vessels.

Banana – this fruit has a strong effect of clarifying the skin. Affixed to the skin it quickly regains fresh complexion and improves circulation of blood. For a stronger nourishing effect, mix yogurt with banana puree and apply. Rinse with cool water.
