<p>Most of the times it&#8217;s easy to lose weight, but it is very difficult to keep the results. Here are some easy to follow tips on how to be able to deal with this problem.</p>
<p>Very cliched, but still effective way is to put an old picture of yourself with the “old” you, which apparently you do not like, on the refrigerator or the cabinet with sweets. So every time you reach for something to eat and think, &#8220;Well, so what? Nothing will happen to me from one piece&#8221;, you will see what you were before and you will immediately remember why you had put yourself through the diet and why it is so important to keep the results.</p>
<p>Another way is to make a list of everything you like in your new body, how and why it makes you feel confident and happy. Look this list regularly and remind yourself why you should not throw the entire hard work, of losing weight and getting into shape, away. Proper motivation is most important.</p>

<p><strong>Organic Body Butter #1</strong></p>
<p>Aside from the skin care recipe ingredients, you will need a blanket and towels for application, a small pillow can be nice, and a food processor is very handy for making the butter. Hand-held mixers cannot handle the density of this skin care formula, but you can use a potato masher or your hands (it just will not be as smooth ad with a food processor). You will need:</p>
<p>1 organic avocado, scoop ripe flesh into a bowl<br />
1 organic banana<br />
1 stick organic sweet butter, softened<br />
1/3 teaspoon lavender essential oil (usually found in health food stores or on the internet)<br />
1/4 cup organic whipping cream</p>
<p>Thoroughly steam bathroom with you in it (this gets your skin ready and opens pores). While bathroom is steaming, you can lay the blanket (old) on the floor and lay the towels over it. If you chose to use a small pillow, place it at one end and cover with a towel.</p>
<p>Once you begin to perspire, you can turn water off and begin massaging the organic body butter all over the body, including the face (stay away from eyes and open wounds). Pat special attention to dry areas like feet, hands, knees, and elbows.</p>
<p>Lie on towels and wrap blanket around you. Take a 15 to 20 minute nap this way, allowing the organic body butter to infuse your skin with essential moisture.</p>
<p>Rinse in a warm shower using (preferably) an organic soap and soft cloth to lightly cleanse the butter.</p>

<p><strong>Organic Body Butter #2</strong></p>
<p>You probably already have most, if not all, of the ingredients for this decadent organic body butter. Try mixing a double batch of this skin treatment and make a romantic interlude for you and your significant other! Mix the following ingredients:</p>
<p>1 teaspoon organic coconut oil<br />
2 teaspoons organic clover honey<br />
3 tablespoons organic peanut butter (crunchy)<br />
1 1/2 tablespoons organic brown sugar<br />
2 tablespoon distilled water</p>
<p>Use in the bathtub, because this can get messy! Massage the organic body butter over your body, starting at the furthest points and working your way to the center of your body. After thoroughly massaging, cleanse the butter away with a mild organic cleanser. Apply an organic milk lotion or organic moisturizing cream to complete your treatment.</p>
<p><strong>Extra Special Treatment for Hands and Feet</strong></p>
<p>For this treatment, you will need 6 bars of paraffin wax, 4 old towels, and 2 tablespoons organic olive oil (1 tablespoon for hands and 1 tablespoon for feet). Melt the paraffin in a large, deep microwave safe container that is long enough to set your foot in. You want the wax to be melted and warm, but not hot. Take one tablespoon of organic olive oil and massage into freshly cleaned feet.</p>
<p>Dip oil covered feet into the paraffin wax one foot at a time and dipping three times to create three layers of wax (allowing the wax to dry on the foot between dips). Wrap the feet (with the wax still on them) in old towels. Repeat treatment on hands. Once you have your hands wrapped, prop your feet up and rest for 20 minutes then peel wax off and massage again.</p>
<p><strong>Extra Quick Exfoliation</strong></p>
<p>Amazingly, this is an extremely inexpensive exfoliation treatment used by many spas. They may add essential oils for scent or other effects, but the treatment is quite basic. Simply take handfuls of Epsom Salt and rub over the body while in the shower or bath. The exfoliating properties on Epsom Salt are top-notch. To create a more relaxing effect, mix 2 cups Epsom Salt with 6 drops organic lavender essential oils then massage over body as directed above.</p>

<p>Beach season is close and this is the perfect time to look in the mirror. How do you look in a bathing suit? If in coldest days you have lose form, now is the time to work it back.</p>
<p>Gaydan Gabal, owner of a fitness gym in Toronto share some basic ways on how to prepare your body for the beach:</p>
<p><strong>1. Endurance training </strong></p>
<p>If you really want to have and effective training, you need at least 45 minutes &#8211; 3 times a week. You can practice at home as the most appropriate exercises are: push-ups, recruitment, various squats etc.</p>
<p>Remember one thing &#8211; the less muscle you have, the more calories burned.</p>
<p><strong>2. Balanced training</strong></p>
<p>Cardio exercises are a great way to burn some calories but the best resuls gives balancing it with endurance exercises. If you want to free your body from some kilograms &#8211; do cardio exercises 3 days a week, and leave other 3 days for endurance training. You should give yourself one day rest.</p>
<p><strong>3. Eat on small portions </strong></p>
<p>Acceptance of small quantities of food several times a day speeds up metabolism. So rather than miss the breakfast, and eat something sustaining to lunch and make a great dinner &#8211; try to eat morning, noon and night with two snacks between meal.</p>
<p><strong>4. Control calories </strong></p>
<p>Eat to satiate, not to gluttony. This extra amount may impede the metabolism so that it need to process the food 2 to 3 days.</p>
<p><strong>5. Constancy </strong></p>
<p>If you start a diet and after three days quit, you should determine that you want see the results. It is necessary to comply with its plan &#8211; to train regularly and eat according to the program. Your body likes routine and, if use some weights, it will try to keep the results. <p>Omission of eating is more dangerous for your figure than to eat a sandwich. This is because these pauses between nutrition slows metabolism. So if you do not have time for breakfast &#8211; better drink a protein shake.</p>
<p><strong>8. Stretch up</strong></p>
<p>Many people tend to miss the stretching, even making their training consequently. Your muscles needs it in order to prevent any injuries. Furthermore, it stimulates the body circulation, which is part of maintaining good form.</p>

<p>Good appearance depends not only on the figure, the emotional and mental state plays a role. Stress forces the body to produce cortisone &#8211; it prevents burning of calories. You should try breathing exercises, meditation or a walk to get rid of it.</p>
